Shipping & Handling

Shipments are made using best routing as determined by Bio Nuclear Diagnostics, unless otherwise specified by the customer.  No shipping charges apply for shipments within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), however, a minimum order of $200.00 CDN is required (for orders below $200.00 a handling charge of $12.50 shall be applied). For deliveries outside of the GTA, UPS is the BND preferred carrier.  International shipments are F.O.B. Toronto, Canada.  Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.   

We advise that orders for diagnostic kits should be placed outside of the winter months (November-March), due to cold temperatures and the possibility of freezing during transit.  If orders for diagnostic kits are placed between November and March, the customer will be required to assume responsibility for damaged goods, and appropriate freight charges.


A returned goods authorization (RGA) number must be obtained for all goods returned for credit. Please contact the customer service department at 416-674-1545 or 1-800-668-4033 to obtain the authorization number prior to returning any item(s). Requests for credit should be made within fifteen 15 days of receipt of goods.  The customer must file claims for damaged merchandise during transit against the carrier within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.If the customer makes an error on the order and it is reported within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods, a credit will be issued, less 25% restocking fee.   

Any item that is not in its original packaging and in proper sellable condition cannot be returned. Diagnostic products cannot be returned. Items damaged during transport cannot be returned and claims must be filed against the carrier.


All products sold by Bio Nuclear Diagnostics Inc. are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty as declared by the manufacturer.  Bio Nuclear Diagnostics Inc. is not liable for damages caused by the use or misuse of any products sold.  Diagnostic products will have a minimum 90 days shelf life at the time of shipment, unless otherwise specified by the customer.  Products are warrantied for the shelf life of the product against original defects in material and/or workmanship, provided however, that the product has been used strictly in accordance with the product labelling.  Replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price is the sole remedy for the purchaser.
